Taiwan → United States

Precision motion components for American robotics.

We find, qualify and represent Taiwanese manufacturers of reducers, actuators, motors, bearings and encoders — and bring them to US robotics startups, OEMs, automation builders and machine integrators.

The problem

Supply chain is the bottleneck.

American robotics has capital and demand. What it does not have is a domestic base for precision transmission — the harmonic and cycloidal reducers, frameless and servo motors, integrated joint actuators, precision bearings and ball screws every robot joint depends on. Taiwan built that base over forty years of machine-tool and semiconductor manufacturing. Many of those factories have no meaningful US channel.

01

We source

On the ground in Taiwan, screening manufacturers on product differentiation, export readiness and certification status — not on catalogue claims.

02

We qualify

MOQ, lead time, customisation capacity, UL and FCC readiness, material provenance, quality systems and traceability, IP and tooling ownership, English-language engineering support, spare capacity, and whether the factory can genuinely support a US customer.

03

We represent

Direct commercial channel into US robotics startups, OEMs, automation builders, semiconductor equipment makers and integrators.

Coverage

The joint, component by component.

We concentrate where the shortage is most acute and where engineering quality is hardest to substitute.

01

Reducers & gearboxes

Cycloidal, planetary and strain-wave. Where backlash and repeatability are won or lost, and the hardest category to substitute once designed in.

02

Integrated actuators

Motor, reducer, encoder and brake as one joint module. A single part number instead of six, with EtherCAT, CANopen and ROS2 support.

03

Motors

Brushless, servo, torque and direct-drive. Torque density and thermal behaviour under sustained industrial load.

04

Precision bearings

Cross-roller and thin-section types for robot joints, reducers and direct-drive assemblies. Slow to qualify, durable once in.

05

Linear motion

Ball screws, linear guides, rails and single-axis modules. Demand extends past robotics into semiconductor equipment and machine tools.

06

Encoders & sensing

Optical and magnetic feedback, force and torque sensing. Small parts that decide whether a system's accuracy claims hold.

How we work

Straightforward commercial terms.

Each new partnership starts as a manufacturer's representative agreement. The factory quotes and ships directly, we develop and hold the US customer relationship, and we are paid on the business we bring — at no additional cost to the buyer. As volume justifies it, the relationship can move to authorised distribution.
